DIVX Converter 7.0 is the latest version of the DIVX video converter series. This program comes in bundle with 'DIVX 7.0 Pro for Windows' and is available as a 15 day trial and a non-pro version.
A user can convert digital videos of the most popular formats (like .mpg, .wmv, .avi) to DIVX format or .mkv format in just one single step. The program converts your HD-videos into H.264 format with audio encoded in AAC. DIVX Converter can merge multiple files into one single DIVX file, which can be done with ease. Moreover a user can also add external subtitles and audio to their videos.
Divx Converter can convert videos in HD 720p , HD 1080p , DIVX plus HD and in mobile modes. This preset modes allow users to play their videos on various DIVX certified products. The program uses little system memory and is small in size. Though the program is easy to use and has good functionality, it is just meant for personal (or home) use. It also has a limitation that even though it converts almost any formats into DivX, it can´t convert DivX to other formats. |
